Every step of the way, Land America, LLC utilizes its wide range of development skills from hands-on due diligence to planning, permitting along with striking designs, the finest architectural layout, and construction to complete residential, commercial, and industrial, self-storage projects of any magnitude or scope.

Strategic and tactical planning combined with fine tuned execution skills have been the company’s trademark since its first acquisition and redevelopment of a 10,000 square foot vacant supermarket in North New Jersey in the early 1970’s. In the following decades Pugliese Creative Ventures has acquired, sold, managed and/or developed millions of square feet of residential, retail, industrial, commercial properties for manufacturing, chemical plants, distribution centers, shopping centers, self-storage complexes, Wal-Mart Super Centers plus owning and managing millions of square feet of commercial properties.

Many of Pugliese Creative Ventures projects present unique and controversial issues requiring expert knowledge of land use, securing necessary zoning approvals and entitlements. The multi-divisional organization has successfully worked through scores of challenging projects with a careful eye to sensitive issues of land use, homeowners groups, and the environment including understanding the complexities of Planned Unit Development, Developments of Regional Impact, and rural land stewardship..
